The zero-energy-consumption mobile house comprises a house body and further comprises a heating and power generating assembly arranged on the top of the house body, a circulating assembly connected with the heating and power generating assembly, a heat storage water tank arranged in the house body, water consumption equipment, a power storage device, electric equipment and a control device. The heating power generation assembly comprises a photo-thermal heating device and a photovoltaic power generation device which are arranged on the top of the house body side by side. One end of the circulating assembly is arranged on the photo-thermal heating device, and the other end of the circulating assembly is arranged in the heat storage water tank; the heat storage water tank is connected with the water consumption equipment through a pipeline; the power storage device is electrically connected with the photovoltaic power generation device through the control device; the electricity storage device is electrically connected with the circulation assembly and the electric equipment. According to the zero-energy-consumption mobile house, integrated long-distance transportation can be carried out, energy is from solar energy, and zero energy consumption is achieved.
