The invention relates to a sewer anti-intrusion and anti-explosion cover integrated system, which comprises a sewage well cover main body, which comprises a circular or square well cover body, an opening, a micro-control motor, a filtering structure, a forbidding structure and a ZIGBEE communication interface; and the target detection equipment is used for searching whether an image block matched with the reference contour of a certain harmful animal exists in the received to-be-processed picture based on the reference contours of various harmful animals, and sending a first driving command to the ZIGBEE communication interface to operate the forbidding structure when the image block matched with the reference contour of the harmful animal exists. The invention further relates to a sewer anti-invasion and anti-explosion cover integration method. According to the manhole cover, the set area around the manhole cover can serve as a monitoring area to identify harmful animals, when the harmful animals are identified, the manhole cover ventilation opening is closed to prevent the harmful animals from invading, and when the harmful animals are not identified, the manhole cover ventilation opening is opened to only filter dirt so as to prevent the manhole cover from exploding; therefore, the normal operation of the sewer system is effectively maintained.
