Steel lining silicon carbide structure and lining manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses a steel lining silicon carbide structure which comprises a first steel part flange, a steel part cylinder, a silicon carbide lining layer, an iron block, glass fiber cloth and a second steel part flange. The invention further provides a lining manufacturing method of the steel lining silicon carbide structure. The method comprises the following steps that a mold is prepared; an iron block is welded on the inner wall of the steel cylinder; coating high-temperature-resistant glue on the inner wall surface of the steel part cylinder, adhering glass fiber cloth, and airing; the mold core is arranged in the steel part cylinder, and assembling is completed; a silicon carbide material is poured into a gap between the steel part barrel and the mold core from a feeding opening in the mold core positioning mold on the upper portion, and the silicon carbide material is placed and solidified after being compacted through a vibrating machine; after the silicon carbide is cured to form a silicon carbide lining layer, removing the mold; checking the silicon carbide lining layer, performing defect repairing, and standing for 24 hours after repairing is completed; and putting into a drying oven, and setting a sintering program for sintering. Foam is adopted as the mold core, and manufacturing of silicon carbide liners of special parts such as square and round pipes and elbows is achieved.
本发明公开了一种钢衬碳化硅结构,包括第一钢件法兰、钢件筒体、碳化硅衬里层、铁块、玻璃纤维布和第二钢件法兰。本发明还提出了一种钢衬碳化硅结构的衬里制作方法,包括以下步骤:准备模具;钢件筒体的内壁焊接铁块;钢件筒体内壁面上涂上耐高温胶后粘贴玻璃纤维布,晾干;将模芯装入钢件筒体内,并完成组装;将碳化硅料从上部的模芯定位模中的进料口倒入钢件筒体和模芯之间的间隙中,用振动机振实后放置固化;待碳化硅固化形成碳化硅衬里层后,拆模;检查碳化硅衬里层,进行缺陷修补,修补完成后放置24小时;放入烘箱内,设置烧结程序进行烧结。本发明采用泡沫作为模芯,实现了对特殊件进行碳化硅衬里的制作,如方圆管、弯头等。
