The device comprises a bottom sealing structure, a connecting structure, an original welding seam, a field connecting welding seam, a sealing structure, four fixing pieces and a sounding pipe body, the fixing pieces are arranged on the outer wall of the sounding pipe body, the sounding pipe body is fixedly welded to a main reinforcement of a bridge pile foundation reinforcement cage through the fixing pieces, and the fixing pieces are arranged on the outer wall of the sounding pipe body. The connecting structure is arranged to be two parts, the two parts are both connected with the sounding pipe body in a welded mode, the original welding seam is arranged at one end of the connecting structure, the field connecting welding seam is arranged at the other end of the connecting structure, and the bottom sealing structure is arranged at one end of the sounding pipe body. The problem that in the transportation process of an existing pile foundation reinforcement cage, the sounding pipe deforms is solved, and the sounding pipe is provided with a fixing device so that the sounding pipe can be firmly fixed to a main reinforcement of the pile foundation reinforcement cage.
