The invention discloses a corncob low-carbon building material and a preparation method thereof, and the corncob low-carbon building material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 75-100 parts of all-component regenerated sand powder, 30-37 parts of a cementing material, 17-33 parts of corncob aggregate, 1-3 parts of NaOH, 6-11 parts of sodium silicate and 6-12 parts of water; the corncob aggregate is corncob particles obtained by crushing corncobs and is subjected to soaking and pre-wetting treatment. According to the corncob low-carbon building material provided by the invention, corncob aggregate and regenerated brick powder are used for replacing natural aggregate, and industrial solid waste is used for replacing cement, so that a novel green building material capable of saving resources and reducing carbon emission is prepared, carbon reaching and carbon neutralization are assisted as targets, and high-added-value application of green regenerated products is realized; pollution of solid waste to the environment is reduced, serious shortage of natural resources is relieved, and development, popularization and application of a green low-carbon technology are promoted.
本发明公开了一种玉米芯低碳建筑材料及其制备方法,按重量份数计,材料的组分为:全组分再生砂粉75‑100份、胶凝材料30‑37份、玉米芯骨料17‑33份、NaOH1‑3份、硅酸钠6‑11份、水6‑12份;玉米芯骨料为玉米棒破碎后的玉米芯颗粒,且经过浸泡预湿处理。本发明提出的玉米芯低碳建筑材料,以玉米芯骨料及再生砖粉代替天然骨料、工业固废替代水泥,制备一种节约资源、降低碳排放的新型绿色建筑材料,助力“碳达峰、碳中和”为目标,实现绿色再生产品的高附加值应用,减少固体废弃物对环境的污染,缓解天然资源严重短缺,有利于推进绿色低碳技术研发和推广应用。
