The invention relates to a levee reinforced by a net mold component and a construction method of the levee. The levee comprises a levee body, the net mold component and a pile body, wherein a foundation groove is excavated in the levee body; the net mold component is vertically inserted into the foundation groove and comprises a keel, a clamping strip and a ribbed net. Wherein the keels are vertically arranged at equal intervals; the clamping strips are fixedly connected to the two sides of the keel and are perpendicular to the keel. The ribbed nets are clamped on the clamping strips; edge sealing keels are mounted at the upper end and the lower end of the keel; concrete is filled in the net mold component; and the pile body is stacked on one side of the downstream surface of the net mold component and supports the net mold component. The reinforcing structure has the advantages of being firm in structure, convenient to construct, low in reinforcing cost and the like.
