The invention discloses a prefabrication and cast-in-place combined open-cut tunnel box culvert structure and a tunnel construction method. The open-cut tunnel box culvert structure comprises a top, a bottom, a top part, a bottom part and side parts, a top steel reinforcement framework, a bottom steel reinforcement framework and side steel reinforcement frameworks are respectively arranged at the top, the bottom and the two side parts; inclined reinforcing steel bars are arranged at the positions, located on the inner side of the box culvert structure, of the part, connected with the corresponding top steel bar framework, of each side steel bar framework and the part, connected with the corresponding bottom steel bar framework, of each side steel bar framework; the side steel bar frameworks, the top steel bar framework, the bottom steel bar framework and the inclined reinforcing steel bars are all pre-buried in the concrete shell from the position corresponding to the soil facing face to the position not smaller than 300 mm away from the soil facing face, and a prefabricated structure is formed. During construction, after all the box culvert structures are hoisted in place and connected, the bottom plate, the side walls and the top plate are sequentially poured from bottom to top. On the premise that the hoisting quality of the open-cut tunnel box culvert is reduced, a good waterproof effect can be guaranteed.
本发明公开了预制与现浇结合的明挖隧道箱涵结构及隧道建造方法,包括对应隧道的顶、底和两侧的顶部、底部和侧部;顶部、底部和两个侧部分别设有顶部钢筋骨架、底部钢筋骨架和侧部钢筋骨架;每一侧部钢筋骨架与相应的顶部钢筋骨架连接的部位,以及与相应的底部钢筋骨架连接的部位在位于箱涵结构内侧的位置均设有斜向加强钢筋;侧部钢筋骨架、顶部钢筋骨架、底部钢筋骨架和斜向加强钢筋从对应迎土面的位置至背土面不少于300毫米的位置均预埋于混凝土壳体,形成预制结构。施工时,将所有箱涵结构吊装就位连接后,从下往上依次浇筑底板、侧墙和顶板。本发明的应用在减轻明挖隧道箱涵吊装质量的前提下,还能保证较好的防水效果。
