The invention relates to a thermal insulation structure for reducing the thickness of an external thermal insulation system of an external wall, which adopts a light functional putty material, and a production process of the thermal insulation structure comprises the following steps: S1, adding an additive and water into an additive high-speed dispersing device, and dispersing into slurry at a high speed; s2, starting the stirring device for low-speed stirring, putting the ultra-light aggregate into the stirring device, and uniformly spraying the pretreating agent into the stirring device at the same time, so that the surface of the ultra-light aggregate is uniformly coated with the pretreating agent; and S3, putting the filler, the emulsion and the slurry in the S1 into a stirring device, uniformly stirring with the material in the S2 at a low speed to obtain a finished product of the light functional putty material, and finally packaging. Compared with common exterior wall putty, the light functional putty is better in flexibility and cracking resistance, equivalently, an anti-cracking layer is additionally arranged on a heat preservation plate except an anti-cracking mortar layer, the whole exterior wall external heat preservation system achieves double-layer anti-cracking protection, and the cracking resistance and leakage resistance are far better than those of a traditional exterior wall external heat preservation structure.
本发明涉及一种降低外墙外保温系统厚度的保温构造,采用轻质功能腻子材料,其生产工艺包括以下步骤:S1、将添加剂和水投入添加剂高速分散装置中高速分散成浆体;S2、启动搅拌装置进行低速搅拌,将超轻骨料投入搅拌装置中,同时预处理剂均匀喷洒进搅拌装置中,使得超轻骨料表面均匀包裹预处理剂;S3、将填料、乳液和S1中的浆体投入搅拌装置中,与S2中的物料一起低速搅拌均匀,即得轻质功能腻子材料成品,最后进行包装。轻质功能腻子与普通外墙腻子相比柔韧性、抗开裂性更好,相当于在保温板上除了抗裂砂浆层以外再增设了一道抗裂层,整个外墙外保温系统实现了双层抗裂防护,抗开裂、抗渗漏性远优于传统外墙外保温构造。
