A connecting rod, an outer sleeve frame and a clutch plug in the clutch assembly are sequentially and fixedly connected, an inner sleeve frame is located in the outer sleeve frame, a clutch spring is arranged between the inner sleeve frame and the outer sleeve frame, the lower end of the clutch spring abuts against the clutch plug, and under the condition that the inner sleeve frame does not move relative to a door leaf, the clutch plug has the downward movement tendency under the action of the clutch spring. The hinge assembly comprises a clutch blade with an insertion hole; in the using process, the two sides of the door leaf are each provided with a set of door lock and two clutch assemblies and two hinge assemblies, the clutch on one side is in linkage and separated from the hinge when the door lock on one side is opened, the door lock on the other side is in a locked state, the clutch on the side is in an inserted state with the hinge, and the door leaf can rotate with the shaft where the hinge assembly on the side is inserted as a rotating shaft; therefore, the double-side opening of the door leaf is realized.
