The invention relates to a self-locking device and method for a track, a prefabricated formwork and a using method thereof.The self-locking device comprises a base, the base is in sliding fit with the track, a strip-shaped hole is formed in the side face of the base, and the bottom faces of the two ends of the strip-shaped hole are lower than the top face of the track; a strip-shaped hole is formed in the base, the bottom face of the middle of the strip-shaped hole is higher than or flush with the top face of the rail, a pin shaft is arranged in the strip-shaped hole, and when the pin shaft moves to the end of the strip-shaped hole, the base is static relative to the rail. According to the self-locking device for the track, the pin shaft, the strip-shaped hole and the track are matched, so that the base can be self-locked on the track under the condition of no external force, and the self-locking device is simple in working principle, ingenious in structural construction, low in input cost and extremely high in reproducibility; and environmental protection and economic benefits can be well realized.
本发明关于一种用于轨道的自锁装置及方法、预制模板及其使用方法,该自锁装置包括底座,所述底座滑动配合于轨道上,所述底座侧面设有条形孔,所述条形孔的两端的底面低于所述轨道顶面,所述条形孔的中部的底面高于或者平齐于所述轨道顶面,所述条形孔中设有销轴,所述销轴移动至所述条形孔的端部时,所述底座相对所述轨道静止。采用本发明所述的一种用于轨道的自锁装置,通过所述销轴、所述条形孔和所述轨道的配合,可实现所述底座在无外力作用的情况下自锁在所述轨道上,该自锁装置工作原理简单,结构构造巧妙,投入成本较小,可复制性极强,可以较好实现环保经济效益。
