The invention discloses a turnover type temporary ground structure and a construction method thereof. The turnover type temporary ground structure comprises an outdoor plain soil layer, an indoor plain soil layer and a temporary ground layer, the linear drainage ditch is embedded in the containing groove, and a cover plate of the linear drainage ditch extends to the position above the containing groove; the first supporting layer is laid on the outdoor plain soil layer, the cover plate is embedded in the first supporting layer, and the top of the first supporting layer is flush with the top of the cover plate; the permeable gravel layer is paved on the first supporting layer; the prefabricated surface layer is laid on the permeable gravel layer, and a plurality of water seepage vertical holes are formed in the prefabricated surface layer. The invention solves the problem that the outdoor ground of a temporary building in a construction site is easy to slip due to water accumulation when adopting the traditional light receiving concrete ground.
