The invention discloses an underground diaphragm wall joint temporary filling construction method which comprises the following steps: a, pore-forming detection: b, filling bag installation: arranging square timbers on two sides of a guide wall in a groove body, putting the filling bag into the groove, ensuring that the height difference between the top of the filling bag and the ground is within positive 1m and negative 0.5 m, and meanwhile, ensuring that the filling bag is exposed out of the liquid level; when the top of the filling bag exceeds 1 meter, the filling bag must be hoisted by a special frame to ensure that the filling bag is in a natural vertical state; c, pipeline connection: communicating the pipelines among the water source, the complete set of loading monitoring equipment and the filling bag; and d, loading and monitoring the filling bag. The filling device has the advantages of being simple in structure, high in strength, high in operability and good in filling effect.
