A sliding block is arranged in the containing cavity, the back of the sliding block is connected with a limiting piece, the limiting piece stretches into the guide groove, and a spring is arranged between the sliding block and the first balance weight piece. Connecting pieces are arranged on the non-connecting sides of the first balance weight piece and the second balance weight piece. By the adoption of the structure, pipelines with different diameters can be adapted through stretching and retracting of the sliding block, stepless universal matching is achieved, and universality is high. The sliding block exerts uniform pressure on the pipeline, the pressure is provided by the spring, and the pressure range is controllable.
