The invention relates to the field of building heat preservation technologies, in particular to a composite heat preservation wall and a construction technology thereof.The composite heat preservation wall comprises a base layer wall body, an inner coating, a heat preservation layer and an outer coating which are sequentially arranged; the inner coating comprises a basic coating and hollow glass beads accounting for 8-15% of the total weight of the basic coating; the outer coating comprises a basic coating and expanded graphite accounting for 3-8% of the total weight of the basic coating; the basic coating is a polyurethane waterproof coating. The inner coating and the outer coating are additionally arranged on the inner side and the outer side of the heat preservation layer correspondingly, so that moisture in the high-humidity indoor environment can be effectively prevented from permeating to the outer side through the base layer wall body, and deformation and even falling caused by temperature difference of the inner side and the outer side of the heat preservation layer are avoided; and the outer coating has good flame retardant property, and can effectively prevent fire from spreading when a fire disaster occurs.
