A cross-shaped protruding block is arranged on the lower portion of the concrete block body, a vertically-through pipe penetrating hole is formed in the concrete block body, built-in reinforcing ribs are arranged in the concrete block body, and anti-crack fiber nets are arranged on the edge portions of the concrete block body. According to the building block, the cross-shaped sinking groove and the cross-shaped convex block which are formed in the concrete building block body are matched with each other, so that the cross-shaped sinking groove and the cross-shaped convex block are stably connected together by matching with mortar for building, the connection firmness between the building blocks is enhanced, and compared with single mortar connection, the mode is firmer in connection; and the quality of masonry of the whole building is improved conveniently, and the working efficiency is improved.
