The invention relates to the technical field of building steel structure construction, aims to solve the problem that a high-altitude hoisting method in the prior art is not suitable for hoisting a large-span independent column net rack, and provides a hoisting method for a large-span steel truss, which mainly comprises the following steps: preparing on site, lofting the truss, placing a jig frame, welding and assembling the truss, and measuring the truss. The first steel truss is movably hoisted, the second truss is welded and installed, the multiple trusses are sequentially moved and hoisted to the tops of the corresponding reinforced concrete columns to be welded and fixed, every two adjacent trusses are fixed through an installation rod till hoisting of all the trusses is completed, and the trusses assembled on the ground are integrally hoisted through a plurality of truck cranes. The working procedures such as truss high-altitude reinforcing measures and high-altitude welding are reduced, meanwhile, the problem that the construction land is limited is solved through in-site ground splicing, and ground construction can more easily guarantee quality control over all intersecting welding seams and overall size control over the truss.
本发明涉及建筑钢结构施工技术领域,本发明旨在解决现有技术中的高空吊装方法不适用于大跨度独立柱网架吊装的问题,提一种用于大跨度钢桁架的吊装方法,主要方案包括:现场准备,桁架放样,胎架放置,桁架焊接拼装,桁架测量,第一榀钢桁架移动吊装,第二榀桁架焊接安装,并依次将多榀桁架移动吊装至相应的钢筋混凝土柱的顶部焊接固定,相邻的两个桁架通过安装杆固定,直至完成所有桁架的吊装,通过多台汽车吊机对在地面拼装完成后的桁架进行整体吊装,减少了桁架高空加固措施,高空焊接等工序,同时场内地面拼装解决了施工用地受限问题,并且地面施工更易保证各相贯焊缝质量控制,桁架整体尺寸控制。
