The vertical frame (16) is provided with a hole (16b). The sealing material (18) is provided with a hole (18a). The vertical frame (16) is provided with a screw screwing part (28) which is screwed with the screw (20). An arc-shaped protrusion (22A) protruding toward the upper frame (14) is provided around the hole (16b) of the vertical frame (16). The arc-shaped protrusion (22A) is partially discontinuous in the circumferential direction on the side facing the waterstop line (Lz).
