The invention provides a micro-positive pressure type high-rise building fire risk avoiding lifesaving room which comprises a lifesaving room body. The lifesaving room body comprises a cavity and a covering wall covering the cavity. The wrapping wall comprises a bottom wall located at the bottom, a top wall located at the top and a firewall connected between the bottom wall and the top wall. The firewall is provided with a fireproof door which is opened towards the inner side of the cavity; the lifesaving room body further comprises a fresh air well communicated with the cavity. When a fire occurs, people in the building quickly enter the danger-avoiding lifesaving room and close the fireproof doors and windows, a relatively closed danger-avoiding space is formed through the firewall of the danger-avoiding lifesaving room, and the danger-avoiding people are separated from high-temperature open fire; fresh air is continuously provided for the cavity, and a micro-positive-pressure fresh air environment is formed, so that poisonous and harmful gas and smoke outside the cavity are effectively prevented from spreading indoors; in addition, air replacement in the cavity is achieved, it is guaranteed that refugees always breathe fresh air to maintain life, and therefore the purpose of safe in-place refugees is achieved.
