The invention relates to a dust collecting device which comprises a box body, an electric control unit, a dust collecting unit, a filtering unit, a blowing unit and a dust collecting box, the electric control unit is electrically connected with the dust collection unit, the dust collection unit is installed on the box body and communicates with the box body, and an air inlet is formed in the box body; the electric control unit sends a dust collection control signal to the dust collection unit, and the dust collection unit extracts air outside the box body into the box body through the air inlet within a first time period according to the dust collection control signal; the filtering unit is arranged in the box body and is used for filtering dust in the air extracted into the box body; the electric control unit is electrically connected with the blowing unit, after a first time period, the electric control unit sends a blowing control signal to the blowing unit, and the blowing unit blows dust attached to the filtering unit into the dust collecting box within a second time period according to the blowing control signal.
