The invention provides an ultra-thin lightweight aggregate concrete craft brick and a manufacturing process thereof, and belongs to the field of craft bricks, the ultra-thin lightweight aggregate concrete craft brick is composed of a base layer, a surface layer and a fiber mesh layer arranged between the base layer and the surface layer, and the thickness of the formed ultra-thin lightweight aggregate concrete craft brick is 4-8 mm; the base layer is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 25 to 35 percent of ceramsite sand, 50 to 60 percent of cement, 2 to 4 percent of water reducing agent, 0.05 to 0.2 percent of fiber and the balance of water; the surface layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25-35% of ceramsite sand, 50-60% of cement, 2-4% of a water reducing agent, 0.1-0.3% of a retarder, 0.1-0.3% of a defoaming agent, 2-4% of a brightener, 1.5-3% of a viscosity reducer, 1.5-3% of a flow increasing agent and the balance of water. The lightweight aggregate concrete craft brick has the advantages of light weight, small thickness, high strength and good toughness.
