The invention relates to a continuous foam asphalt mixture plant mixing process which comprises the following steps: respectively conveying aggregate raw materials into corresponding raw material bins for temporary storage, respectively weighing the corresponding aggregate raw materials through each first metering bin, conveying the weighed aggregate raw materials into a pre-mixing cylinder, and mixing the pre-mixing cylinder with the aggregate raw materials; uniformly stirred premixed aggregate raw materials are discharged to a multi-stage vibrating screen for classified screening, various classified mixtures are separately discharged to corresponding mixture bins for temporary storage, the corresponding classified mixtures are separately weighed through each second metering bin, the weighed classified mixtures are discharged to corresponding first-stage stirring cylinders, and the first-stage stirring cylinders and the second-stage stirring cylinders are separately weighed through each second metering bin; foamed asphalt is conveyed into the first-stage stirring cylinder to be stirred, all the uniformly stirred asphalt premixes are discharged into the second-stage stirring cylinder, and the second-stage stirring cylinder scatters and mixes the asphalt premixes with different particle size specifications to form the asphalt mixture. According to the invention, the mixing uniformity of the asphalt mixture can be improved.
