The invention discloses a PVC (polyvinyl chloride) floor glue base layer ground cracking repairing process. The process comprises the following steps: S1, PVC floor glue in a base layer ground cracking area is uncovered; s2, the repairable gap in the crack area of the base floor is cut in the length direction of the gap through a cutting machine, the width of the cut repairable gap is equal to the width of the cutting blade, the leveling layer on the two sides of the repairable gap is removed, and the repairable gap is filled with a repairing agent; s3, cement-based self-leveling mortar is used for leveling construction in the areas, where the leveling layer is removed, of the two sides of the repairing gap; and S4, the uncovered PVC floor glue is laid back to the cracked area of the base layer ground. Compared with the prior art, operation is only carried out in the cracked area of the base floor, cross operation is not affected, the labor cost and the material cost of repairing operation are reduced, the repairing effect is good, and cracking is avoided in the future.
本发明公开了一种PVC地胶基层地面开裂修补工艺，包括以下步骤：S1、将基层地面开裂区域的PVC地胶揭开；S2、将基层地面开裂区域的可修补缝隙用切割机沿着缝隙长度方向切割，切割后可修补缝隙的宽度等于切割片宽度，铲除可修补缝隙两侧的找平层，将修补剂填入可修补缝隙中；S3、在可修补缝隙两侧被铲除找平层的区域，使用水泥基自流平砂浆进行找平施工；S4、将被揭开的PVC地胶铺回基层地面开裂区域。本发明相较于现有技术，只在基层地面开裂区域进行作业，不影响交叉作业，降低修补作业的人工成本和材料成本，且修补效果好，避免日后出现开裂。
