The invention relates to the field of road traffic construction equipment, in particular to a bridge hanging basket construction method which can effectively drive rail locking pieces to move along rails to achieve synchronization so as to effectively guarantee the forming quality of movement of an outer mold. A first-section bridge unit, namely a bridge section, is constructed between the cross beam and the pier column; b, stepping propulsion devices are arranged on the top face, close to the two side edges, of the cross beam, rear seats of the stepping propulsion devices are reliably connected with bridge rails, the bridge rails are fixed to the constructed bridge face, and hanging basket construction devices are arranged on the bridge rails; c, the hanging basket construction device is driven to a designated construction position, and concrete pouring operation of the bridge section is conducted; and d, after concrete pouring operation is completed, the hanging basket construction device is loosened to be in a demolding state, the stepping propelling device is started, the whole hanging basket construction device is driven to the next construction section, and then concrete pouring operation is conducted again. The invention is especially suitable for the field of bridge construction.
本发明涉及公路交通施工装备领域,尤其是一种可以有效实现驱动各锁轨件沿轨道运动达到同步,从而有效保证外模移动的成形质量的桥梁挂篮施工方法,包括如下步骤:a、首先,完成桥墩柱和横梁的施工,并在横梁和桥墩柱之间施工首段桥梁单元即桥梁段;b、在横梁顶面靠近两侧边布置步进推进装置,步进推进装置的后座与桥轨可靠连接,桥轨固定在施工完的桥梁面,挂篮施工装置设置于桥轨上;c、将挂篮施工装置驱动到指定的施工位置,并进行桥梁段的砼浇灌作业;d、在完成砼浇灌作业后,松开挂篮施工装置至脱模状态,启动步进推进装置并将挂篮施工装置整体驱动到下一个施工段后,再次进行砼浇灌作业。本发明尤其适用于桥梁施工领域。
