According to the invention, the air compression station, the air cylinder and other structures are adopted to replace a traditional hydraulic hoist, so that the construction cost is obviously reduced under the same power, and the hydraulic hoist can work under the water surface and is wider in application range; remote detection and control can be achieved, and manpower consumption is reduced; clean energy can be supplemented, and energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved.
