The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, and discloses a recycled sprayed concrete support construction method which comprises the following steps: before construction, a measurement engineer calculates the azimuth angle and the distance of each soil nail according to an on-site measurement plane control network, and manually performs layered slope repairing from top to bottom; when the side slope is corrected, recycled concrete with the thickness of 40 cm is sprayed to the bottom layer of the side slope, hole positions are determined according to design requirements before drilling, steel pipes with the wall thickness of 3.0 mm are adopted as steel flower pipe soil nails, pure cement paste is adopted for grouting slurry, surface layer concrete is sprayed again after a water drainage pipe is installed, and water spraying maintenance is conducted after spraying and final setting are conducted for 2 h. According to the construction method for the recycled sprayed concrete support, the water cement ratio and the mixing time of the recycled sprayed concrete are strictly controlled in the construction process, and the water consumption is adjusted in time according to the water content of sand and stone, so that the good workability of concrete can be kept, formation of bubbles and pores is reduced, the concrete support structure is more stable, and the service life of the concrete support is prolonged. Maintenance is convenient; and the service life is long.
本发明涉及的建筑施工技术领域,公开了再生喷射混凝土支护施工方法包括以下步骤:施测前测量工程师根据现场测量平面控制网计算出每一根土钉的方位角和距离,用人工按照从上而下分层修坡,在边坡修正的同时对边坡喷射底层40cm厚再生混凝土,钻孔前根据设计要求定出孔位,钢花管土钉采用壁厚为3.0mm的钢管,浆体采用纯水泥浆灌注,安装泄水管后在复喷面层混凝土,喷射终凝2h后进行喷水养护。本发明提供的再生喷射混凝土支护施工方法,在施工过程中严格控制再生喷射混凝土的水灰比及拌和时间,根据砂、石含水量及时调整用水量,从而可以保持混凝凝土良好的和易性,减少水泡气孔的形成,使得混凝土支护结构更加稳定,方便养护且使用寿命长。
