The invention belongs to the technical field of rainwater collection, and discloses a rainwater collection and utilization device which is characterized in that a pre-aeration adjusting tank is connected with a lifting pump through a pipeline, the lifting pump is linearly connected with a control module and a two-stage biological contact tank, the two-stage biological contact tank is connected with a radial-flow sedimentation tank through a pipeline, and the upper end of the radial-flow sedimentation tank is connected with a medicine box; the sedimentation tank is connected with the plate-dismounting reaction tank through a pipeline; the plate-dismounting reaction tank is connected with the water storage tank through a pipeline; the two-stage biological contact tank is internally provided with an anoxic biological contact tank and an aerobic biological contact tank which are two sections of biological treatment tanks, aerobic microorganisms are arranged in the aerobic biological contact tank and are used for filtering impurities in rainwater, and the rainwater collection and utilization device of the circulating water is used for filtering the rainwater by installing a filtering assembly in a rainwater outlet pipe. The filtered rainwater can be directly used. The water quality detected automatically can be observed visually, the problem that rainwater is discarded in the initial stage is solved intelligently, and the working conditions of all parts are observed through software configured by customers.
