Steel frame column full-bolt horizontal connection joint between module units
The invention discloses a full-bolt horizontal connection node for steel frame columns between module units. A module unit corner post is connected with an adjacent module unit corner post at the top of each layer of structure through a prefabricated connecting plate component, and the prefabricated connecting plate component is fixedly connected with the module unit corner post through a bolt; the prefabricated connecting plate components comprise at least one of the following three components: 1) a cross-shaped prefabricated connecting plate component or a T-shaped prefabricated connecting plate component which is arranged between corner columns of the node area module units; the outer connecting frame is arranged on the outer sides of all module unit corner columns in a node area in a sleeving mode; and the external connection veneer is arranged on the outer side of the node area and is used for connecting two adjacent module unit corner columns. According to the invention, on-site full-bolt simple assembly connection of the horizontal joints is realized, the assembly level of a building structure is improved, the difficulty of welding operation difficulty is avoided, the construction efficiency can be improved, the carbon emission is reduced, the vertical connection of steel frame columns among existing module units can be matched, and the method is applicable to a low multi-layer module building structure.
本发明公开了一种模块单元间钢框柱全螺栓水平连接节点,模块单元角柱在每层结构的顶部与相邻模块单元角柱采用预制连接板构件相连,预制连接板构件与模块单元角柱采用螺栓固定连接;预制连接板构件包含下述三种构件中的至少一种,一)十字型预制连接板构件或“丁”字型预制连接板构件,设置在节点域模块单元角柱之间;二)外连接框,套装在节点域所有模块单元角柱外侧;三)外连接单板,设置在节点域外侧,连接相邻的两个模块单元角柱。本发明实现了水平节点的现场全螺栓简易装配连接,提高了建筑结构的装配化水平,避免了焊接操作困难的难题,可以提高施工效率、减少碳排放,可配合现有模块单元间钢框柱的竖向连接,可适用低多层模块建筑结构。
