The invention relates to a laying device, in particular to a device for laying glass wool in a building keel. The glass wool laying device in the building keel comprises a first supporting frame, a rotating shaft, wheels, a second supporting frame, a motor, a screw rod, a moving frame, a first guide rod and the like. Rotating shafts rotationally penetrate through the left side and the right side of the lower portion of the first supporting frame, the front sides and the rear sides of the two rotating shafts are sleeved with wheels, the inner top of the first supporting frame is connected with a second supporting frame, the second supporting frame is in an L shape, a motor is installed on the upper side of the first supporting frame, and a screw rod is connected to an output shaft of the motor. The glass wool can be fixed to the second supporting frame through the fixing mechanism under driving of the motor, the pulled-out glass wool can be clamped through the clamping mechanism, and therefore an operator can use the glass wool more easily.
