The novel overhanging discharging platform comprises I-shaped steel arranged on the left side of a wall body, a plurality of high-strength bolts are embedded in the wall body, the high-strength bolts located on the lower portion penetrate through the wall body and are fixedly connected with a profile steel beam, and connecting pieces are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the profile steel beam correspondingly; the high-strength bolts located on the upper portion penetrate through the wall and are fixedly connected with hanging rings, the hanging rings are connected with the connecting pieces through steel wire ropes, a profile steel beam is arranged at the upper end of the I-shaped steel, a guardrail assembly is arranged at the upper end of the profile steel beam, a pressure storage cavity is formed in the profile steel beam, and a sliding block is arranged in the pressure storage cavity. The sliding block is in sliding connection with the inner wall of the pressure storage cavity. According to the discharging platform, a horizontal structure anchoring mode is changed into a vertical structure anchoring mode, building ground working procedure interpenetration is facilitated, meanwhile, the later plane structure hanging hole blocking working procedure is reduced, the potential safety hazard of leakage is reduced, meanwhile, water mist can be sprayed once at set intervals, and the situation that air pollution is caused by dust raising when workers walk and unload is avoided.
