The C35 radiation protection concrete comprises the following components in parts by mass: 250-260 parts of cement; 130 to 140 parts of water; 55 to 65 parts of fly ash; 0-2 parts of mineral powder; 15-25 parts of a water reducing agent; 1400 to 1500 parts of fine aggregate; 2000 to 2200 parts of coarse aggregate; 25-35 parts of an expanding agent; the water reducing agent at least comprises sodium gluconate, sodium methylene dinaphthalene sulfonate and casein. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) mixing the fly ash, the water reducing agent and the water, uniformly stirring, controlling the temperature, and stirring to obtain mixed slurry; 2) uniformly mixing cement, mineral powder, fine aggregate and coarse aggregate, uniformly mixing with the mixed slurry and an expanding agent, stirring for reaction, and then pouring and vibrating; and 3) after pouring, curing in a humid environment at 5-25 DEG C to obtain the C35 radiation-proof concrete. The C35 radiation-proof concrete disclosed by the invention is relatively high in density grade, good in homogeneity, good in flowability, good in pumping performance and relatively few in impression flaws.
