According to an air sound insulation test, the sound insulation index of the 75mm light steel keel and the 12mm-thick double-sided single-layer sound insulation partition wall panel structure is about 50dB, and compared with a traditional double-sided double-layer gypsum board and glass wool structure, the use amount of a half of gypsum boards is reduced, and the glass wool irritating to a human body is reduced; the problem of poor sound insulation of wall partitions in the current decoration industry can be effectively solved.
本发明涉及水性涂料技术领域，本发明提供一种隔墙面板水性阻燃隔音涂料和其制作方法。采用本发明的水性阻燃隔音涂料喷涂在石膏板或者纤维水泥板上形成至少3mm厚的隔音涂层，自然干燥后转移到烤箱中烘烤，即得环保阻燃隔音隔墙面板。75mm轻钢龙骨与12mm厚双面单层隔音隔墙面板构造经空气声隔音测试得到隔声量在50dB左右，与传统双面双层石膏板加玻璃棉构造相比，减少了一半石膏板的用量并且减掉了对人体有刺激性的玻璃棉，能够有效解决目前装饰行业墙体隔断隔音差的问题。
