The invention provides a large-section prefabricated assembled UHPC pi beam bridge which comprises one or more prefabricated pi beam units, and each prefabricated pi beam unit comprises two web plates arranged oppositely, horseshoe-shaped lower flanges formed at the bottoms of the two web plates and a bridge deck supported on the two web plates; the bridge deck is a rectangular thin plate, a trapezoidal thin plate or a waffle plate with longitudinal ribs or/and transverse ribs; an end diaphragm plate is arranged at the beam end of the prefabricated pi-beam unit, at least one middle diaphragm plate is arranged in the midspan, and the end diaphragm plate and the middle diaphragm plate are located between the two web plates and are integrally prefabricated with the prefabricated pi-beam unit. The large-section prefabricated assembled UHPCPi beam bridge has the advantages of being light in self weight, small in sectional area, high in bearing capacity, good in durability, convenient to construct, low in comprehensive manufacturing cost and the like. The invention further provides a construction method of the large-section prefabricated and assembled UHPCPi beam bridge.
本发明提供一种大节段预制拼装UHPCπ梁桥梁,包括一个或多个预制π梁单元,预制π梁单元包括相对设置的两块腹板、形成于两块腹板底部的马蹄形下翼缘、支撑于两块腹板上的桥面板;桥面板为矩形薄板、梯形薄板或带纵肋或/和横肋的华夫板;所述预制π梁单元梁端设置有端横隔板,跨中设有至少一道中横隔板,所述端横隔板和中横隔板位于两块腹板之间,且与预制π梁单元整体预制。本发明提供的大节段预制拼装UHPCπ梁桥梁,具有自重轻、截面面积小、承载能力强、耐久性好、施工方便、综合造价低等优点。本发明还提供一种大节段预制拼装UHPCπ梁桥梁的施工方法。
