Therefore, the electro-hydraulic proportional valve is adopted to replace an original hydraulic control valve, the variety of control elements can be greatly reduced, hydraulic pipelines are reduced, a chassis control system of the bulldozer is more concise, the operation reliability of the bulldozer is improved, meanwhile, the universality of parts is improved, and the manufacturing difficulty and cost can be reduced.
本发明提供一种推土机的电液控制装置及推土机,推土机的电液控制装置包括油箱、液压泵、第一至第三电液比例阀组、第一至第三传动装置和控制器,第一传动装置包括第一转向离合器,第二传动装置包括第二转向离合器,第三传动装置包括直线行驶离合器和制动离合器,控制器对第一传动装置、第二传动装置和第三传动装置进行控制,以使推土机直线前进、直线后退、前进左转向、后退左转向、前进右转向或者后退右转向。由此,采用电液比例阀替代原有的液控阀,可大大减少控制元件的品种、减少液压管路,使推土机底盘控制系统更加简洁,提升了推土机的运行可靠性,同时提升了零件的通用性,可以降低制造难度和成本。
