The invention provides a swing type shock insulation support. The swing type shock insulation support comprises a first support, a second support and a connecting assembly. The first support comprises a first supporting plate and a first toothed plate which are mutually connected, the first supporting plate is used for supporting a structure, and the second support comprises a second supporting plate and a second toothed plate which are mutually connected; the connecting assembly comprises a wobble plate and rotating bearings, the wobble plate comprises a plurality of top end opening grooves and bottom end opening grooves which are arranged at intervals in a staggered mode, the number of the rotating bearings needs to be determined according to the weight of a structure, and the rotating bearings are installed in the top end opening grooves and the bottom end opening grooves correspondingly; the side, away from the first supporting plate, of the first toothed plate is inserted into the top end opening groove and clamped or welded to the rotating bearing. The side, away from the second supporting plate, of the second toothed plate is inserted into the opening groove in the bottom end and is connected with or welded to the rotating bearing in a clamped mode, and the swing type shock insulation support can reduce or isolate shock and can generate restoring force through the self weight of a structure or equipment so that the swing type shock insulation support can automatically reset.
