The invention discloses a solar green building with a water-saving device, and relates to the technical field of green buildings. The present invention comprises: a frame connected to a roof plane; the water collecting assembly is installed on the frame, and the water collecting assembly is used for collecting rainwater; the two inclined plates are symmetrically, vertically and rotatably mounted on the frame to form two inclined roof surfaces, a plurality of solar panels used for collecting solar light sources are uniformly mounted on one surfaces of the inclined plates, and the other surfaces of the inclined plates are used for guiding rainwater into the water collecting assembly; and the overturning assembly is connected with the frame and acts on the two inclined plates. Compared with the prior art, the inclined plate can be overturned in severe weather through the overturning assembly, so that the side, provided with the solar panel, of the inclined plate is protected, rainwater can be collected into the water collecting assembly in rainy days through the design of the water collecting assembly in cooperation with the overturning assembly, the purpose of storing the rainwater is achieved, and the rainwater storage device is more novel.
