The invention discloses a fabricated kitchen and bath structural system which comprises structural floor slabs, light steel partition walls, a structural roof, a waterproof chassis, waterproof wallboards, a top plate, a pipeline integrated overhaul well, a drainage pipeline, a water supply pipeline and an electric pipeline. According to the main technical scheme, waterproof turnups of part of or all waterproof chassis are located at the bottom of the light steel keel partition wall, the bottoms of waterproof wallboards are vertically arranged on the inner sides of the waterproof turnups of the waterproof chassis, and a vertical sealing plate is fixed to the middle of a frame of the light steel partition wall; a water supply pipeline and an electric pipeline are arranged in front of the vertical sealing plate and behind the waterproof wall plate, a gap between the vertical sealing plate and the waterproof wall plate is filled with a wall face foaming cushion layer, and the space between the bottom of the waterproof base plate and the structural floor slab is filled with a ground foaming cushion layer. Through the integrated structure of the waterproof chassis and the light steel partition wall, the building space utilization rate and the kitchen and bath structure installation efficiency can be improved to the maximum extent, and the sound insulation and noise elimination functions of the light steel partition wall are improved.
本发明公开了一种装配式厨卫结构体系，包括结构楼板、轻钢隔墙、结构房顶、防水底盘、防水墙板、顶板、管线集成检修井、排水管线、给水管线、电管线。主要技术方案为：部分或全部防水底盘的防水翻边位于轻钢龙骨隔墙底部，防水墙板底部竖在防水底盘的防水翻边内侧，轻钢隔墙的框架中部固定有竖向封板；竖向封板的前方、防水墙板的后方有给水管线和电管线，竖向封板与防水墙板之间的间隙有墙面发泡垫层填充，防水底盘底部和结构楼板之间有地面发泡垫层填充。本发明通过防水底盘和轻钢隔墙的一体化构造，能最大限度的提高建筑空间使用率和厨卫结构安装效率，并且提高轻钢隔墙的隔音消声功能。
