Through consumption and absorption of collision energy by the friction blocks, the transverse deformation of the concrete precast blocks can be reduced, the distance of the guardrail structure invading a construction area after vehicle collision is reduced, and the safety is improved. According to the temporary guardrail structure, all the concrete precast block sections are quickly spliced through the longitudinal splicing components, damaged sections can be replaced in time, and reutilization of the guardrail structure is achieved.
