The invention provides a coal cemented filling material and a preparation method thereof, the coal cemented filling material is prepared from the following raw materials: coal, cement and water, pulverized coal and coal particles (below 10mm) are respectively used as filling fine aggregate (first filling aggregate) and coarse aggregate (second filling aggregate), and the cement is used as a cementing agent. The raw materials are fully mixed according to a certain proportion to prepare filling slurry, then the filling slurry is conveyed to a to-be-filled area (an old roadway, a goaf and the like), and re-mining operation is carried out after the cemented filling body is solidified. The prepared filling material meets the strength requirement of a re-mining filling body and the fluidity requirement of filling slurry. The filling material disclosed by the invention has the most prominent advantage that the ash content is reduced to the greatest extent while the re-mining efficiency and the working face safety are improved. The invention provides a new material for re-mining of coal mine resources.
本发明提供的一种煤胶结充填材料及其制备方法,煤胶结充填材料的制备原材料包括:煤、水泥、水,其中煤粉及煤颗粒(10mm以下)分别作为充填细骨料(第一充填骨料)、粗骨料(第二充填骨料),水泥作为胶结剂。将上述几种原材料按一定比例充分混合配制充填料浆,随后将其输送至待充填区域(旧巷及采空区等),待胶结充填体固结进行复采作业。本发明制备的充填材料均满足复采充填体强度要求以及充填料浆流动性要求。通过使用本发明的充填材料最突出的优势在于在提高复采效率和工作面安全的同时,最大程度减少灰分含量。本发明为煤矿资源复采提供了新材料。
