The present invention relates to a zirconia composite ceramic consisting of 60-90 vol% of Ce-TZ as a first phase, 8-25 vol% of Y-TZ dispersed in the first phase as a second phase, and the balance of a third phase, in which the third phase is slat-like strontium aluminate crystals or lanthanum aluminate crystals. The invention further relates to a preparation method of the zirconium oxide composite ceramic and a bone implantation prosthesis prepared from the zirconium oxide composite ceramic.
