The invention discloses a bridge prefabricated guardrail and a construction method thereof, and relates to the field of bridge guardrails, the bridge prefabricated guardrail comprises a plurality of guardrail main bodies used for being installed on a bridge floor, the bridge floor is provided with sliding grooves allowing the guardrail main bodies to slide in the length direction of the bridge floor, and the guardrail main bodies are provided with sliding blocks used for being inserted into the sliding grooves; the sliding groove is used for limiting the sliding block to be separated from the sliding groove in the vertical direction. The multiple guardrail bodies are arranged, during installation, the guardrail bodies slide to the installation position of the bridge deck one by one in a sliding mode, then the channels are closed through the side plates, the bridge deck is fixedly connected with the sliding grooves in the length direction, and the bridge deck is fixedly connected with the sliding grooves in the length direction through the side plates. The whole installation process is simple and convenient, little manpower is used, meanwhile, the guardrail body can be prefabricated in a factory, long-time field construction is not needed, and the construction period is shortened. Compared with cast-in-place, concrete does not need to be prepared on site, and environmental pollution is reduced.
