Bridge deck asphalt paving process
The invention belongs to the technical field of asphalt pavement, and particularly relates to a bridge deck asphalt pavement process which comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out sand blasting treatment on a bridge deck, removing impurities from the bridge deck, recycling shots, and cleaning impurities on the bridge deck; brushing a waterproof bonding layer on the cleaned dry bridge floor by using a roller brush; after the waterproof bonding layer is cured, paving an asphalt mixture prepared in advance at the paving temperature of 150-170 DEG C and the paving thickness of 20-30 mm, and uniformly rolling when the temperature of the pavement is reduced to 120-150 DEG C; when the bridge deck steel plate deforms under the action of temperature change or traffic load, the relative displacement among the waterproof bonding layer, asphalt and the bridge deck steel plate can be absorbed, the defects such as cracks and bumps are well overcome, and the waterproof and anti-corrosion functions are achieved on the steel bridge deck. The resin cushion layer and the asphalt pavement layer are combined into a whole, so that the purposes of preventing interlayer sliding and cracking and improving the use durability of the pavement layer are achieved.
本发明属于沥青铺装技术领域,具体的说是一种桥面沥青铺装工艺,先对桥面进行喷砂处理,对桥面进行除杂,并回收丸料,清理桥面杂物;在清理后的干燥桥面用滚筒毛刷涂刷防水粘结层;在防水粘结层固化后,将事先配备好的沥青混合料进行摊铺,摊铺温度为150℃‑170℃,摊铺厚度为20‑30mm,并在路面温度降至120℃‑150℃时进行均匀碾压;当桥面钢板在温度变化或行车荷载作用下发生变形时,可以吸收防水粘结层、沥青和桥面钢板之间的相对位移,很好地克服裂缝、鼓包等病害的产生,并对钢桥面板起到防水防腐功能。树脂垫层与沥青铺装层结合为一个整体,达到防止层间的滑动与开裂,提高铺装层的使用耐久性的目的。
