The invention discloses a variable cross-section complex special-shaped prestressed stair beam and slab integrated component and a manufacturing method thereof.The integrated component comprises a prestressed beam, a high-side wing plate, a low-side wing plate and prestressed tendons, the high-side wing plate and the low-side wing plate are arranged on the two sides of the prestressed beam respectively, and the cross-sectional area of the prestressed beam is gradually increased in the length direction of the prestressed beam; one ends of the prestressed tendons are anchored in the prestressed beam, the other ends of the prestressed tendons extend out of the beam end and then are tensioned and anchored in the cast-in-place connecting section between the two components, and the number of the prestressed tendons is gradually reduced in the direction from the tensioning end to the cantilever end; the manufacturing method comprises the following steps that firstly, the adjustable pouring mold is installed; secondly, embedded parts are installed, prestressed tendons are laid, and beam steel bars are bound; thirdly, UHPC slurry is poured; 4, maintaining the components; and fifthly, the component is demolded. On the premise that the structural bearing requirement is met, the using amount of steel bars and the requirement for concrete anchoring space are reduced, and the lightweight design of the component is achieved.
