The invention discloses an extra-large ultrahigh road special wave-shaped guardrail which is arranged on the outer side of a lane and comprises an H-shaped steel upper stand column, an H-shaped steel connecting piece and an H-shaped steel lower stand column which are sequentially connected, the H-shaped steel connecting piece is transversely arranged, and the H-shaped steel lower stand column is vertically arranged. The top end of the H-shaped steel lower stand column upwards extends out of the transverse plane where the upper edge of the lane is located and then is connected with the bottom of the H-shaped steel connecting piece, and the H-shaped steel upper stand column inclines towards the direction where the lane is located. At least one blocking block is arranged on one side, facing the lane, of the H-shaped steel upper stand column. A vehicle can be prevented from crossing the guardrail, the stand columns can be bent into different angles so as to meet the requirements of different road superelevation, and the method has unique advantages in the aspects of safety and practicability and can be used for the extra-large superelevation section of the road through modeling finite element checking calculation and real vehicle full-scale test authentication.
