The spiral guide cylinders can be manufactured in batches during civil construction of a trenchless working well and can be conveniently installed in the drop energy dissipation well in a segmented mode, and the problems that a traditional civil construction well is long in construction period, high in difficulty, high in manufacturing cost and the like are solved.
