The water inlet end of the first well body is connected with the first end of the connecting pipeline, the water outlet end of the first well body is connected with the central water treatment pond through the first pipeline, and a one-way valve only capable of discharging water is arranged at the water outlet end of the first well body; the intermittent siphon drainage mechanism is reasonable in design, does not need to excavate a channel and continuously work a water pump, and is beneficial to energy conservation and consumption reduction.
