The invention provides a modular box-type substation shell and an assembling method thereof. The modular box-type substation shell comprises a base, a shell, a high-voltage unit and a top cover, the shell comprises a high-voltage side wall, a low-voltage side wall, a sealing plate side wall and a transformer side wall which are encircled to form a containing structure with an upper opening and a lower opening; the shell covers the base, and the lower edge of the shell is detachably connected with the base; the high-voltage unit is arranged in the accommodating structure, and the lower edge of the high-voltage unit is detachably connected with the base; and the top cover is arranged above the shell. According to the modularized box-type transformer substation shell provided by the invention, the specific components are all of sheet-shaped structures, so that the effect of convenient transportation is realized, meanwhile, the components do not have various and small parts which need to be assembled, the assembly process is simple, the assembly time is short, the requirement on the skill degree of an assembly worker is not high, and the cost is low. The problems in the prior art are solved.
本发明提供一种模块化箱式变电站外壳及其组装方法，包括：底座、外壳、高压单元和顶盖；所述外壳包括高压侧墙、低压侧墙、封板侧墙和变压器侧墙，且合围形成一个上下开口的容纳结构；所述外壳罩扣在所述底座上，且所述外壳的下边沿与所述底座可拆卸连接；所述高压单元设置在所述容纳结构内，且所述高压单元的下边沿与所述底座可拆卸连接；所述顶盖设置在所述外壳的上方。本发明中提供的模块化箱式变电站外壳，其具体的组成部分均为片状的结构，因而实现了便于运输的效果，同时上述组成部分并不具有繁多、细小的零件需要组装，装配工序简单，装配耗时短，对装配工人技术熟练度要求不高，解决了现有技术中存在的问题。
