The invention discloses a water-saving spraying device for greening vegetation maintenance and a method thereof.The water-saving spraying device comprises a rectangular annular shell and a liquid storage tank formed in the shell, a lifting base is installed at the top of the shell in a lifting mode, and two rotating plates used for being connected with greening trees in a clamped mode are rotatably installed on the lifting base; and colored lamps are arranged above four corners of the inner wall of the shell. According to the device, the greening trees are quantitatively irrigated and sprayed, on one hand, the situation that a large amount of accumulated water exists on the ground where the greening trees are planted can be avoided, and on the other hand, the situation that soil in an area where the greening trees are planted is washed away by water flow to cause loss can be avoided by quantitatively spraying irrigation water; the arrangement of the shell and the rotating plate can also prevent soil around the greening trees from running off to a certain extent, and secondly, the arrangement of the liquid storage tank can also effectively reduce the expenditure of labor cost.
本发明公开一种绿化植被养护的节水型喷洒设备及其方法，包括矩形环状的壳体和开设在壳体内部的储液槽，所述壳体的顶部升降安装有升降座，升降座上转动安装有两个用于卡接绿化树木的转动板，壳体的内壁四个拐角处的上方均设置有彩灯。本发明通过该装置对绿化树木进行定量的浇灌喷洒，一方面能够避免种植有绿化树木的地面存在大量积水的情况，另一方面通过定量喷洒浇灌用水也能够避免种植绿化树木的区域发生土壤被水流冲走而导致流失的情况，而壳体和转动板的设置在一定程度上也能够防止绿化树木周边的土壤流失，其次，通过储液槽的设置，也能够有效的降低人力成本的支出。
