The invention discloses an offshore wind power pasture which comprises an ecological anchor and an aquaculture net cage. The ecological anchor is installed on a seabed and used for disturbing sediment water flow close to the surface of the seabed. The ecological anchor is provided with a seaweed culture assembly; the culture net cage is connected with the ecological anchor through the mooring rope. The ecological anchor is arranged at the position, close to the pile foundation of the wind generating set, in the offshore wind power pasture, the scouring effect of silt and water flow close to the surface of a seabed on the pile foundation can be relieved, the surface of the pile foundation is protected against scouring damage, and the pile foundation is prevented from collapsing due to scouring damage. The offshore wind power pasture not only can utilize wind energy to generate electricity, but also can utilize the seaweed cultivation assembly of the ecological anchor to cultivate seaweed and utilize the cultivation net cage to cultivate fish, the development and utilization degree of marine resources is high, and deep development of marine ecological economy is facilitated.
