Green low-carbon high-performance cementing material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a green low-carbon high-performance cementing material and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of resource utilization of low-carbon building materials and industrial solid wastes. The raw materials comprise, by mass, 30-50 parts of activated coal gangue, 20-30 parts of furnace slag, 10-20 parts of steel slag, 3-5 parts of refining slag, and 8-15 parts of industrial by-product gypsum. Only the activated coal gangue, the steel slag, the refining slag, the carbide slag and the industrial byproduct gypsum are adopted as the raw materials, cement clinker and slag do not need to be added, and the application range of other solid waste raw materials is widened; and the use of raw material limestone in the conventional cement clinker preparation process is avoided, and the emission of carbon dioxide is reduced. Under the condition that all the raw materials are solid wastes, the 3d compressive strength of the prepared green low-carbon high-performance cementing material reaches 32.4 MPa, the 28d compressive strength reaches 58.1 MPa, and the green low-carbon high-performance cementing material is high in compressive strength and has a relatively good application prospect.
本发明公开了一种绿色低碳高性能胶凝材料及制备方法,涉及低碳建筑材料及工业固体废弃物资源化利用技术领域。按质量份数计,原料包括:活化煤矸石30‑50份,炉渣20‑30份,钢渣10‑20份,精炼渣3‑5份,工业副产石膏8‑15份。本发明原材料仅采用活化煤矸石、钢渣、精炼渣、电石渣和工业副产石膏,无需添加水泥熟料和矿渣,扩大了其他固废原材料的应用范围;且避免了常规水泥熟料制备过程中原料石灰石的使用,降低了二氧化碳的排放量。本发明在原材料全部为固废的情况下,所制备得到的绿色低碳高性能胶凝材料3d抗压强度达到32.4MPa,28d抗压强度达到58.1MPa,抗压强度高,具有较好的应用前景。
