The invention relates to a lithium slag-based ecological anti-blocking water permeable brick. The water permeable brick is of a double-layer structure formed by cementing a base layer and a surface layer, the base layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 to 25 parts of lithium slag ecological cement, 75 to 80 parts of 5 to 10 mm limestone gravel, 0.2 to 0.4 part of silica fume, 0.008 to 0.01 part of a water reducing agent and 7.2 to 10 parts of water; the surface layer is prepared from the following materials in parts by weight: 15 to 20 parts of lithium slag ecological cement, 80 to 85 parts of dried sand, 0.45 to 1.2 parts of water-borne epoxy resin, 0.1125 to 0.6 part of curing agent resin, 3 to 4.8 parts of water and 0.006 to 0.008 part of water reducing agent. The invention also provides a method for preparing the water permeable brick.
